Hello, lovelies! There will no newsletter this week as I’m off for a long weekend to the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Where mostly I’ll be in nice pubs and not thinking about PD!

But don’t despair because I’ve rounded up a few of your favourite letters from the archives, in case you missed some or wanted to share 🙏🏻 this letter with your friends, family and arch-nemesis.

• First things first I have revamped the website. It’s bright, shiny and hopefully vaguely useful!

• Tumbled is about to enter its 3rd season! Keep up with the chaos, romance and fun here.

• The A-Z of Parkinson’s is proving very popular (thank you!) your suggestions are always welcome. I like to think of this as a collaborative project!

• Enjoying my work but can’t afford to become a paying subscriber? There is a tip jar (which works properly now, thanks for all the heads up that it was being naughty) This and some of my other writing are my primary incomes so every little lets me keep at it!

• And for some of you who are battling colds, flu or Covid here is my take on things.
